Advocate FHSD
AdvocateFHSD.org is dedicated to making sure the Forest Hills School District remains strong. We have a desire to help ensure that the schools, teachers, administrators and students have the resources they need to succeed and that the community is informed and engaged.
AdvocateFHSD.org does not endorse candidates or issues. We will provide information related to to our mission and core values as a service to the FHSD community. The information will be as complete and as accurate as possible.
Mission
The mission of AdvocateFHSD.org is to educate our community with facts and informed analysis regarding activities of the board, and challenges Forest Hills School District (FHSD) is facing. In this, we hope to empower residents to generate, share, and spread factual information, engage in group actions, and support self-initiated efforts to achieve our shared goals. Advocates will minimize political positioning as we endeavor to drive a community unified behind the vision of District Excellence defined by its inclusivity, focus on student outcomes, and responsible financial management of taxpayer funds.
These efforts will result in informed and engaged FHSD residents who are active in our school community, and well positioned to advocate for continued excellence in our district, ultimately increasing engagement in community and school district initiatives.

Advocate FHSD is passionate about supporting a school district that celebrates every student and faculty member’s uniqueness as a human being. Creating a supportive and accepting environment for students and faculty who are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexuality, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, belief, etc. is important and the right thing to do. We expect this from the Forest Hills School District and will continue to advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at all times.
